Why do I love cruising? I like the fact that you wake up in a new destination every morning having only unpacked once. You can be assured of great service and meals, something I have never been able to replicate with an all inclusive or land product. In my opinion cruising is the best value for your vacation dollar!

What has been my favourite cruise? It’s really hard to answer that, I enjoyed my Uniworld River Cruising on the Danube and on the Rhine, Paul Gauguin in French Polynesia, Un-Cruise on the Sea of Cortez, Silversea circumnavigating the British Isles. How can I choose?

Favourite cruise destinations? Europe on a river cruise, British Isles, Mediterranean, Baltic, French Polynesia, Sea of Cortez, Hawaii, Australia/New Zealand, Galapagos, Trans-Atlantic, Amazon, Asia. The list goes on and on, it really is just a fabulous way to see any destination.

Favourite cruise lines? I have a special relationship with Uniworld, they are my go to line for the Classical Music groups I put together. I also like Silversea, Regent, Oceania, Cunard, Seabourn, and Paul Gauguin. For the more adventurous traveller UnCruise, Aqua Expeditions and Lindblad.

Favourite cruise booking for a client? I had client book a Uniworld Danube River Cruise last year, it was their first time cruising. The husband went kicking and screaming, he had absolutely no interest in going and only agreed to keep his wife happy. They came back and immediately contacted me to book them on a 15 night river cruise from Paris, they are sailing in July!

For my luxury clients I love being able to offer the Virtuoso Exclusive Excursion, they come back time and time again raving about it! Clients can take the shipboard credit instead but that will be long forgotten years down the road. You will however, remember the exclusive excursion you received for booking with me! One of my Regent Cruise clients came into an Italian port on Easter Sunday. All of the excursions booked through the ship were cancelled due to the holiday, only those people who were Virtuoso guests got to go on an excursion that day. She told me when they arrived back on board other guests were coming up to them asking why they got to do an excursion? She said she felt very special that she was included in the Virtuoso group and appreciated it.

Do you have any cruise specalities? When I first started selling travel I worked for a cruise only travel company for 13 years and only sold cruises, I have taken most of the certification programs offered by cruise lines and and after cruising almost 50 times I’d say cruising is my specialty! Plus I love to be able to provide personalized options & tips for clients who want to really get to see the ports in the short amount of time they are there. But if I have to pin point some specialties it would be

~ Group cruises
~ Luxury cruises
~ River cruising
